A male was shot in his NYCHA apartment when 2 burglars broke in through a door that had a non-working lock that he had requested to be repaired.  

An elderly man was a passenger on his employer's ATV, which was authorized to ride on the street, when it was struck by a motor vehicle.  Severe injuries. 

A woman was in her employer's cafeteria in a high-rise in Manhattan when she was caused to slip and fall after a water spill was not properly cleaned and removed, nor were warning sings placed.  Severe injuries including TBI and fractures.

A marble hallway and staircase was inspected by a Plaintiff's engineer expert and his findings were in Plaintiff's favor.

A simple motor vehicle accident complaint.  A 3-car pile-up, late at night, where the driver that caused the accident fled.  My plaintiff was Veh #1.

A defendant was unable to be found, although he was caught on video striking Plaintiff.  An order granting alternative service was petitioned.
