I have been a litigation paralegal for over 30 years, practicing in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts and even Rhode Island. I'm specialized in personal injury, medical malpractice, on Plaintiff's side, but my significant experience also includes defense work, construction law, MDLs, product liability, class actions, civil rights and more. I have HEAVY TRIAL EXPERIENCE. I am able to conduct all aspects of litigation, from intake through pre-litigation, medical records, case commencement, pleadings, discovery, trial, and closing documents.

Your documents are safe and secure with my document portal, using OneDrive. I can also utilize the case management software or exchange program the firm prefers.

I work extended hours and have never missed a deadline. Rushes, urgencies or simple discovery responses are well within my wheel house. I am available up to 18 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is almost as if I were in the cubicle right outside your office.

We can telephone, face chat or videoconference at any time during normal business hours. Even beyond business hours when the project so requires.

I do not require any employee benefits. I prefer to be 1099'd. That is a significant savings for your firm.

And my rates are actually lower than current salaries being paid to litigation paralegals with my experience.

I very recently (February 2026) moved back to independent living at a lovely remote and pastural complex in Lansdale, PA. Being in assisted living for the last four years was very difficult.
